Policies

Shipping:

  • All orders are processed to ship within 10 Business Days, unless otherwise indicated.
  • We ship all Products from our Atlanta Warehouse.
  • Due to the Popularity of our Products, we may add them to the Website as soon as we Ship them from Lagos. If a Product is still on its way, we'll let you know in the Product Details.

Pre-Orders

    • All Pre-Orders or Custom items will ship within 30 Days of the Order.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not Accept Returns or Exchanges, since these are Hand Made imported Goods. We Check each item when we receive it from our Vendors and again, when we send it out.  However, mistakes do occur.
  • If your Product has a Slight Defect, we will apply a 30% discount for the inconvenience.  Slight Defects are defects that may be minimally Visible AND do Not Affect the Product's Functionality. 
  • If your Product's Defect is Visible AND affects your Product's Functionality we will Offer you a Full Refund.
